- Guidance and training of the Commis and Demichef de Partie Patisserie in the daily service process
- Preparation of treatments, desserts, masses and pastries
- Presentation, decoration and dressing of desserts
- Organization of the workplace, warehouses and cold stores

- Completed vocational training in the upscale gastronomy or hotel industry
- Professional experience in a comparable position
