Requirements: to be able to run for 60 minutes at a stretch.
Sportive management by STS-Runningconcept with Steffen Schaumberger.
Each participant will also receive a runner's folder with all important information.
Partners of the participants are welcome to participate in the athletic training as well as in the lecture evenings.
Half-Board
