Tasks
- Check daily tasks and coordinate them with the head chef
- Assist in the preparation of menus, daily and seasonal menus and banquet buffets
- Arrange food according to specifications and garnish in a visually appealing manner
- Make preparations for lunch and dinner service
- Produce and prepare food at the appropriate station
Qualifications
- Completed training as a cook
- Good knowledge of German
- Open-minded for new ideas and culinary creations
- Responsible handling of food and operating resources
- Creativity in the design of meals
