From early morning yoga and aqua gymnastics to glamorous jewellery presentations and delicious themed buffets, our weekly programme is full of highlights.

  • 09:30 – 10:00: Gymnastics in the Seetenne fitness room
  • 10:30 – 11:30: Body Workout in the Seetenne fitness room
  • 16:00, 17:00 & 18:00: Selection of sauna infusions in our sauna village
  • 16:30: Outdoor activites, meet in the tennis centre
