- Various administrative tasks
- Supervision and support of the children during their stay
- Implementation of games & creative activities
- Ensuring the safety and well-being of the children
- Compliance with safety guidelines
- Providing information about daily routines and activities
- Answering parents’ questions and concerns
- Creating recreational programs for different age groups (from 4 years)
- Organizing special events or excursions
- Assisting with children’s hygiene (e.g. washing hands, mealtimes)
- Supervision during mealtimes
- Dealing with conflicts or difficulties between children
- Completed training, preferably in the field of education, social pedagogy or comparable.
- Experience in childcare, ideally in a similar environment (e.g. hotels, kindergartens)
- Good communication skills in dealing with children and parents
- Confident and friendly demeanor
- Ability to respond to the needs of children
- Creative approach to designing activities and programs
- Resourcefulness in planning games and learning opportunities
- Ability to collaborate with other hotel staff
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment
- Basic knowledge of first aid and emergency management
- Good knowledge of German and English
