- Responsibility for the smooth running of the restaurant and hotel bar
- Management, training and motivation of the service team
- Ensuring a first-class guest experience through excellent service
- Creating and implementing duty rosters and workflows
- Coordinating with the kitchen, reception and other departments
- Quality control and compliance with hygiene standards (HACCP)
- Development and implementation of service and sales concepts
- Ordering goods and stock management in collaboration with the F&B department
- Complaint management and professional guest care
- Completed training in the hotel or catering industry
- Several years of experience in a comparable position
- Strong leadership, team spirit and strong host qualities
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Well-groomed appearance and confident demeanor
- Very good knowledge of German and English, other languages an advantage
- Ability to work under pressure and flexibility, even at peak times
