Holiday means one thing  - feeling good. We have developed a comprehensive security concept so that you can enjoy your days at the Seehof without worries. We have taken all measures necessary according to Austrian authority. Please note that the regulations and measures may differ from other countries and that the legal requirements are subject to change!

Our measures to protect you

The most important actions

  • We comply with the general requirements for distance and hygiene.
  • Signs in all areas of the hotel point out the hygiene and distance rules.
  • In the entrance areas (Lobby Seehof and Lobby Seeresidenz) floor stickers indicate the distance.
  • All service staff as well as our masseurs are obliged to wear a face mask or FFP2 mask.
  • Masks are necessary for guests in the public areas of the hotel, in the restaurant and especially at the buffet.
  • Disinfectant dispensers are available throughout the hotel.
  • In the restaurant area there are sufficient possibilities for hand disinfection, also disposable gloves are available. At the buffet, floor stickers indicate distance and direction.
  • The Seetenne as well as our restaurant closes at 10 pm due to official regulations.
  • Please follow the instructions of the staff and the information on the morning mail.
  • Recreational facilities and services can be used as usual (except steam saunas), subject to the rules.
  • In the wellness area, face mask protection must be worn in the entrance area, sanitary facilities and changing rooms.
  • Plexiglas panels have been integrated into the reception area. The access cards for the room are disinfected before being issued to the guest.

In public spaces, a minimum distance of one metre must be maintained to all people not living in the same household. The wearing of a face mask covering the nose and mouth is mandatory in the following situations: in (food) shops, on the premises of service providers and in all forms of customer contact, on public transport and in taxis, at indoor events (except when sitting in your assigned seat), in cable cars, funicular railways, coaches and in sightseeing boat, in local authority buildings, in schools outside the classroom, in pharmacies, nursing homes, hospitals and health resorts, and in places where health and care services are provided

Keep at least 1 meter distance to other people outside your own visitor group. Due to official regulations, there is a uniform closing time at 22:00. Guests must also wear masks. Due due official regulations all gastronomy is closed until January 17th.

The following measures are demanded of the cable cars in the region:  Maintain the 1 meter safety distance, keep a distance of 1 meter, especially when queuing and wear a face mask in gondolas and lifts.
