Your room telephone can be connected to your mobile phone to work as a baby intercom. Please speak to a member of staff at reception for more information.

A bath bag with bathrobe, towels and slippers is available in your room upon arrival.

Open daily from 8:00h until 22:00h.

Mountain bikes and children bikes as well as electric-powered mountain bikes can be hired for a small fee. Bikes are handed out at 10:00h and 14:00h. Return until 18:00h.

Two bowling alleys are available free of charge daily from 12:00h until 22:00h. Children up to the age of 12 years must be accompanied by an adult.

We have taken all measures that are currently specified by the Austrian authority. Please note that the requirements and measures may differ from other countries. The official regulations can change at any time and the measures can be further relaxed or also tightened again.

Guests we still ask to follow the common hygiene and distance rules and appeal to personal responsibility.
In the entrance areas (lobby Seehof and lobby Seeresidenz) floor stickers indicate the distance.
Signs are posted throughout the hotel reminding people of the hygiene and spacing rules. Disinfection dispensers are available in entrances and the restaurant. There are no restrictions on the number of people in any area, but safe distance should always be maintained.

Please follow directions from staff and information on the morning post if necessary.

All recreational facilities and services may be used as usual, subject to the following rules

Reception: Room access cards are disinfected before being issued to the guest. At check-in, each guest is generally informed of the applicable measures and appealed to personal responsibility.

NEW: Cancellation coverage also for COVID-19 disease despite pandemic status

Our insurance partner Europäische Reiseversicherung now also offers protection in case of Covid-19 illness. 

COVID-19 is still classified as an epidemic or pandemic (see WHO, Austrian Health Authorities). 
ERV will provide cover in the event that you as the insured person are unable to commence or have to break off the trip,

• because you have COVID-19 symptoms,
• because your temperature is elevated, even if a later test result is negative,
• because you tested positive for COVID-19 without showing symptoms,
• because a close relative (*) or a person living in the same household falls ill with COVID-19 and your urgent presence is required,
• because a close relative (*) in the same household falls ill with COVID-19 and you have to go into quarantine, or
• because you are unable to travel during your stay due to your illness and have to extend your stay. Here you are covered within the framework of involuntary holiday extension.

(*) Relatives are defined as spouse (or registered partner or partner living in the same household), children (step-, in-law, grandchildren, foster parents), parents (step-, in-law, grand-, foster parents), siblings and brother-in-law/sister-in-law of the insured person - in the case of a registered partner or partner living in the same household, additionally his/her children, parents and siblings.

Upon request € 20,- per day without food. We kindly ask guests to bear in mind that dogs are not allowed in the bedroom area above reception, the sunbathing area and the spa and pool area. Please let us know in advance if you would like to bring your dog to the restaurant. Any damage caused by dogs/pets must be paid for in full by the owner.

Please tick the respective box(es) on the extra sheet we send to you when you reserve your room if you would like to have romantic room decoration, a fruity welcome bowl, a SEEhofs pleasure trip & dinner or flowers in your room. You are also welcome to communicate any other extras in advance by sending us an e-mail.

Horseriding is available at our indoor and outdoor riding centre. Riding lessons can be booked at our reception.

Guests are welcome to bring their horses with them. We charge € 30,- per day to house them in our stables at the hotel.

In the entire hotel you will be able to connect to the wireless internet which can be used free of charge. 

The day after arrival guests receive this card from reception. With this card you benefit from a large number of discounts within the Kaiserwinkl region.

Weekly activity programme for children aged four years and older. During the school holidays the club is open 6 days a week from 10:00h until 16:00h & 19:00h until 21:00h. Please check for opening times outside the school holidays.

Breakfast is served from 7:30h until 10:15h,  a la carte from 12:30h until 16:30h and the five-course evening meal from 18:30h until 20:30h.

Newspapers and magazines are available free of charge at the reception. We will also be happy to get you your favourite daily newspaper for a small charge.

Open daily from 13:00h to 19:00h. Please be aware that children under the age of 14 years are not allowed to use the sauna village and infrared lounge. The sauna village is a naked area and is a place for relaxation and tranquility.

Transfer between train station Kufstein – Hotel Seehof –  train station Kufstein is available for guests free of charge when arriving or departing between 10:00h and 17:00h. Please book your transfer at reception at least one day in advance.

Please be aware that the entire hotel is a non-smoking area.

The spa area is open daily.

• Sauna village: 13:00h until 19:00h
• Water adventure area: 10:00h until 19:00h (slides & attractions 10:00h until 12:00h & 14:00h until 18:30h)
• Indoor pool: 7:00h until 21:00h
• Family sauna: 14:00h until 18:30h

In your room you will find a spa bag with a fluffy bathrobe and towels. Get your flip flops at the reception.

Please book your spa treatment at the hotel reception or directly at the Spa reception. If you have made an appointment with our spa team but are unable to attend, please cancel at least 24 hours in advance. If you cancel on the same day or fail to attend the appointment, the treatment will be charged in full. Thank you for your understanding.

Toboggans, beach volleyball balls, Nordic walking poles and hiking poles can all be borrowed free of charge on bail from reception. Tennis rackets are availble for a € 2 fee per racket.

Our indoor tennis centre is open daily from 8:00h until 22:00h. Three courts are available for our hotel guests free of charge.

Guests who wish to be woken in the morning can set up a wake-up call on their room telephone by dialling *55 and entering the wake-up time using the 24-hour clock (e.g. “0700” for 7:00).
