> We have taken all measures necessary according to Austrian authority. Please note that the regulations and measures may differ from other countries and that the legal requirements are subject to change!
> A FFP2 mask is compulsory (The distance rules will expire on 01 July 2021):
> for service staff, masseurs and cleaning staff
> for guests in all public places within the hotel, at the restaurant and at the buffet.
> Hygene and distance regulations:
> We ask our guests to apply to the general hygene and distance regulations and appeal to the self-responsibility.
> In the entry areas markings on the floor pointing out to keep the safety distance. In the entire hotel you will find signs reminding of the regular hygene and distance regulations. Disinfectant dispenser can be found in the main entrances and in the restaurant.
> There is no limit on number of people in any area. The safety distance should be kept.
> Kindly follow the instructions of our staff or those that are included in our daily morning post.
> All leisure facilities and services can be used without restrictions following the general rules.
> Spa area: except for the steam baths all saunas are open. Infusions should be avoided. The wearing of a face mask is mandatory in indoor areas such as the entry area, the sanitary facilities, changing rooms. Except for damp locations like showers and pools and using the relaxing chairs.
> Restaurant/Meals: We can offer the regular breakfast buffet. Especially at the buffet we urge our guests to follow the hygene and distance rules and to wear a FFP2 mask. In the restaurant as well as in the buffet area are ample options to disinfect the hands. Disposable gloves are offered as well. In the buffet area markings on the floor remind of the safety distance and show the direction. Due to official requirements our bar and restaurant must close at 10 pm as well as the serve of beverages.
> Reception: Receptionists and guests aare separated by a plexiglass panel. The entry cards to the rooms are disinfected before handing out to the guests. Our team at reception inform each guest upon arrival about the current measures and make an appeal on self-responsibility.
> General public: in public spaces, a minimum distance of one metre must be maintained to all people not living in the same household. The wearing of a FFP2 mask covering the nose and mouth is mandatory in the following situations: in (food) shops, on the premises of service providers and in all forms of customer contact, on public transport and in taxis, at indoor events (except when sitting in your assigned seat), in cable cars, funicular railways, coaches and in sightseeing boat, in local authority buildings, in schools outside the classroom, in pharmacies, nursing homes, hospitals and health resorts, and in places where health and care services are provided
